We are excited that you are ready to pursue a partnership with Loganville Christian Academy! There are three items, authorization to release records, student questionnaire (grades 2 - 5th grade only), and the online application that need to be submitted in order for the application to be considered complete. See below for further information and links to all the necessary items.
Authorization to Release Records: Please complete one form for each student. Once this form is submitted, the LCA Admissions office will request the records. If the student has been exclusively home-schooled, please send these records directly to our office.
Student Questionnaire: Required for grades 2-5 only. Please print and email, fax, or mail after completed.
Online Application: Our application is only available to be completed and submitted online. Click here to access the application.
Preview Days & Tours
If you have not visited LCA, make plans to attend a Preview Day or schedule a tour. Both options provide the opportunity to tour campus and meet with members of our Admissions Team. For more information, click here.
